We’d been thinking about doing our backyard for several years. A very good friend of ours who works for Install-It-Direct came out and designed the backyard around my vision (which I didn’t even know what that was) and we ended up with an amazing fire pit, water fountain, seating area, Read More and wonderful pavers throughout the whole yard. The team that was working in the yard did a great job. They were professional, they were well behaved, they took good care of us. Ron was amazing with his plans. He sent them over and I was kind of worried thinking, “did he get what I really wanted to do?” As soon as I opened them up and looked at them – yup he got it! The salesperson who came to talk to us was very professional and not pushy at all like some of the other people we had met. You see a little bit of what we have here now, and I don’t think this project could have turned out any better. It’s nice for us to know that it isn’t just what we think – it’s what our family and friends who have been able to experience this have said as well. Read More So, I guess I would say if it’s coming down to where you’re on the short side of the decision as to who you’re going to go with and the kind of product you want, I couldn’t recommend Install-It-Direct any higher than I do now. And I want to say as well that it wasn’t just about what they did before you pay the bills, before the money was spent, it was afterwards. When we had questions and other things that needed to be addressed, they were there for us and it was highly appreciated.
